how to sell your Ventriloquist act, I am sure as a Ventriloquist you have read many how to  books or other get rich books..well on this subject workshop you will be given simple tools and information on how to sell your Ventriloquist act but first you need a full 70 minutes Ventriloquist act, most show Bookers expect 45 minutes but to be safe in running over time 70 minutes is a safety net because some clients or customers may want more than 45 to 60 minutes yes 45 minutes is a short full act and 60 minutes is the full act and the extra 10 minutes is called a safety net, one thing you don’t want is running out of material before running out of time so make sure you add time fillers in your Ventriloquist act… once you have rehearsal time of your 70 minutes Ventriloquist act you can edit it down in shorts, and cut them down with a timer, this means your 70 minutes can be edited to a 60 second demo and a 3 minute audition..I remember being booked for a five minutes show and was paid for the complete 60 minutes act this is because in the full act there was a Ventriloquism trick I did so the show booker just wanted that part of the act at a party that she booked me for, she wanted me to entertain her guest at her party with five minutes of that ventriloquism trick that she seen in my full 60 minutes act at another performance.

Demonstrations are called demo so with a demo you want to be ready for any opportunities to display your demo, what are demo, a demo is a 30 seconds edit from your 60 minutes Ventriloquist act, or a demo can be a prepared quick bit or skit and I must say a skit is longer than 30 seconds but can be used as a demo, a demo can also be to show off your gifts and talents and skills outside the 60 minutes act meaning  a demo can be created with out being a part of the Ventriloquist act, many demo can be created just for demonstrations use.

Advertisement and getting the word out is a plus plus and remember free shows can lead to..(?) well you never know….
