POP UP $$$

today new business are called pop up shops..a pop up shop is a small business at a temporary location.

some are theses space for rent are done on a temporary time base contract.

As a Ventriloquist there’s plenty of opportunities for a pop up, not shop but show.. in the lease of a vacancy of a space at a location is available.. realtors have plenty of vacancy that can be used for temporary use with out or little 🚧🏗️🚧 construction.

rental services of table and chairs and stages and sound system and hauling vehicles are at your service theses days that means all this can be done with a rental budget if you don’t own your own equipment, even a popcorn 🍿 🥤 and soda vending machine can be rented for your show audiences.

Shopping centers have empty spaces that can be used for a pop up shop/business, small booths at site seeing location are available for rental.. driving down the street if you see a vacant business with a for lease sign in the window it may be good to check it out for a pop up or even a startup company, but I should mention here that a startup is different from a pop up so for this workshop class let’s stay focused on the pop up.

some locations for a pop up might need a little bit of arranging for your show so examine the location before moving anything into the building.

A Pop up can be long term but you need to work that out with the landlord or realtor.

Think about all those clothing shops and stores that you pass by on the road, you never 🤔 thought if they can sell clothing in a shop why can’t I sell my Ventriloquist act in a shop too!
